It was the early 2000’s and you were tres cool if you had a flip phone and an iPod. Our very own, Chef Bork, bought a one way ticket to London and embarked his culinary journey. Early morning wakeup calls for classes in Victoria Square, his first shifts at some of London’s most iconic kitchens, countless pints and the finest British late night eats.
