    Creative & Operations Director

    Caitlin has built her creative work around the art of gathering for over 15 years — creating spaces and moments that feel both effortless and deeply personal. With a diverse background that bridges creativity, storytelling, and strategy, she’s spent her career bringing ideas to life — from large-scale corporate initiatives to intimate events and weddings.

    Her work spans communications, design, and event production, each grounded in a deep understanding of how narrative shapes memory. She brings an intuitive approach to every creative project and event, balancing vision with feeling. Energized by logistics, Caitlin weaves together the quiet details of every event to cultivate unforgettable events of all kinds.

    Joe Mooney

    Wine Program & Business Development Director

    With over two decades of seed-to-cellar experience, Joe has spent his life immersed in the rhythm of the wine world — from the harvest fields to the hush of private cellars. His work spans retail, secondary market brokerage, and direct-to-consumer, but his true expertise lies in helping collectors build and enjoy meaningful collections. At Tended Cellars, he manages expansive inventories for clients across the country, curating and appraising some of the world’s most sought-after bottles.

    Joe’s career has taken him around the globe to study the craft, art, and history of winemaking — experiences that inform every recommendation and conversation he shares. Known for his uncanny ability to track down the bottle you thought you’d never find, Joe connects people not just to great wine, but to the story in every pour.

    Chris Bork

    Culinary Director

    With over 25 years in the kitchen, Chef Chris Bork has built a life around food, flavor, and the stories that connect them. Professionally trained in London, he worked under alumni of Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, and Australia’s acclaimed Est Est Est before returning to the States. In St. Louis, he helped open and shape a number of restaurants alongside Cary McDowell, Jim Fiala, and Kevin Nashan, gaining early recognition as the opening chef of Blood and Sand and later at Vista Ramen — a local favorite and Best STL Restaurant runner-up in 2016.

    For the past 8 years, Chris has brought his thoughtful approach as a private chef, creating experiences that celebrate craft and connection in equal measure. Curating creative and unique menus for small and large private events alike, he continues to explore how a meal can tell a story.
